Privacy Policy

Hook Anatomy (“HA”) processes account data, workspace content you import, and usage metrics in order to provide research and AI analysis features. This page describes what we hold and what you can do about it.

Data we store

  • Account email, name, and authentication credentials (passwords are hashed with Argon2id — we never store them in readable form)
  • Organization membership and plan metadata
  • Imported public social metrics, captions, and analysis outputs
  • Job logs, credit ledger, and any chat history you create

Processors

Infrastructure may include MongoDB Atlas for data storage, hosting providers for the web app and workers, and optional AI providers when analysis is enabled. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe — card details never reach our servers.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus a local flag recording that you have seen the cookie notice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Your choices

You can export your workspace data from inside the app at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and its data from Remove my data. Deletion cascades through workspaces you solely own.
